Posting a picture publicly isn't consent for someone else to modify that photo to make it look like you're nude and/or engaged in a sex act. It has always been possible (with Photoshop etc), but it was never allowed -- in most developed countries, it was at the very least a copyright violation.
With the rise of generative AI it has become dramatically easier to do. In response, some countries have made it even more clear that the law is against non-consensual intimate media. The US, for example, passed a law targeting people who create the images and websites that host them.

Found out from her previous TikTok live that she’s somewhat of a nepo baby. She has family that’s in Hollywood so she does have connections when she move to LA in the future. Though she mentioned in that live that she lost interest in her college major so don’t know how she will survive there if she doesn’t pursue a job in the industry.

To be fair that's the most tame skin I've seen from rivals lol, she's already done gooner cosplays like Nicole from ZZZ and Nami and Robin from one piece so she might as well start doing at least lewds, then she'd make enough money to move to LA in no time. Oh unrelated but I remember months ago someone asking her to cosplay some umamusume characters and she said she wouldn't because it's a "gooner" game which is hilarious when at that point she did cosplays from ZZZ which is way more of a gooner game lol
