Do we know that was surgery, cause I feel like her twin looks really similar in this regard. Sure, both could have had the surgery, but she seems to look fine in film, so how much of this is just how she's being photographed? It's not surgery (what you're alluding to is called buccal fat removal whereby subcutaneous fat is removed from in and around the cheekbones), she just loves to mew. She actually has pretty cute cheeks in my opinion!
