Honestly, it is pretty funny how bad it's gotten.

I had this conversation with a friend who is an up-and-coming content creator.

She works really hard.

She's friends with a content creator on IG who has around 300k followers. The bigger creator has an agency running her page, but she's wildly popular.

The bigger creator tells my friend that she isn't charging enough for customs. $400 is her starting rate.

She also tells her that she shouldn't do calls for anything less than $200 for 15 minutes, and that she should charge extra for toys.

I'm just like, who the fuck spends this kind of money?

I reckon if enough people said to OF and Fansly that these are accounts are not run by the true people then they should get taken down
 
They would have to give a fuck for that to happen, which they don't; so it won't.
There are a few girls who do manage their own accounts and most of them started out camming anyway. I still support Cherryvonfairy and Dawnwillow. They were on CB for a long time back before OF was even a concept and they still run heir own OFs for the most part (Their partner helps them) but like 99% of OF accounts are just scammers. They'd realistically have to take down hundreds of thousands of accounts which would be a logistical nightmare for them
Yup. As long as there are people paying them they will continue on as if nothing is wrong, because for them nothing is. It's a model designed for their business venture, not your pleasure. At least old school porn studios had a balance between the two. Now it's all business, no service.
 
Logistically it's not a nightmare, it's just lists of reports, reported profiles and reporting accounts. They already have all the staff handling the legal and bans. Can even delegate handling them to AI, ala Youtube. For this political will is required, which is ofc not there because it hits too close to the bottom line.
I am also extremely sus on people falling for 400 bux DMs in large enough quantities, very unlikely there is THIS many retards with THIS much expendable money. Bro you can make enough for this sum to be expendable but still fall for basic bitch scams? Probably not a small part is just good old money laundering schemes. Which also won't help with political will.

Now that you mention it, it might well be the case.
