The thing is it could also be just someone who claimed it was from her IG sub as well, which seems more plausible to me, but maybe someone who is subbed to her can confirm.
 
She also tweeted saying she was deleting her telegram then took down the post about a month ago, which I wouldn't be surprised since she hasn't updated that in months either (there's still a good bit of unleaked content though)
