She doesn't feel jealousy and loves when others get jealous over her, and she also loves mentally screwing with guys... she sounds like a genuine psychopath. First of all, who the fuck doesn't feel jealousy? Even narcissists and sociopaths can feel jealousy.
 
She's probably trying to seem like she's above jealousy but she's so hot that actually guys get jealous because of the attention she's getting. It's, "I never get jealous, people are jealous of me."
