It is not small vs large argument for me, it is that fake boobs looks like solid doll boobs. Uneven sometimes, swollen, stiff, and pretty much losses its jiggle mechanics (best part of tities). She had SS+ tier boobs in terms of size and shape, but now that the shape is gone, the size means little to me.
