No, of course not! What a nonsense silly request from you. What means too big? Yesterday I did post an 1 GB source video and someone made an super lousy 195 MB compressed version from it and did post it after my post. So if you need an compressed version of an 1 GB source video then you may should care about other things instead looking for your next desired porn creator video if you haven't the bandwidth to watch or download it.
Alternatively you can check out those tons of tube sites where everything gets re-shared (🖱️$) right away in the most lousy compressed quality as possible you may looking for. Most of use are looking for source content only and compressed is just optional (some posting both versions together but even in that case file size can be pretty high). Its already bad enough that some guys just posting video trailers in content threads (like right now in Sloans thread) to pump it up for no reason and to get notifications on mass for silliness posts. So WTF!!
 
You could just use handbrake and compress it to whatever resolution and bitrate you prefer. Thats what I do when only 4k videos are available I'll compress them down to 1080p.
