It's been intriguing me for a while. Not that some people don't like fake tits, but the absolute meltdown that occurs every single time, and sadly, how easily it becomes justification for treating people like garbage. I'll take a gander at answering, venting that I just found out that both Lia Lin and Sexmet got implants.
I do not know these people and nor do I care to know them, they are sex workers and I don't crave parasocial relationships.
I respect them and vote for their rights, but I'm not a hypocrite, I'm here for their bodies and what they offer.
I like specific types of bodies, but most importantly I like natural bodies regardless of proportions (I'm not too keen on plastic surgery either). So if I go to these girls for one thing and they change that thing, then the interest is gone. I don't disparage or offend them as a person, but I do think the results look bad, disproportionate and my interest is ruined. I acknowledge some people go off the deep end with it, I can only speak for myself.
And on a personal note, they always look botched to me, I am not claiming it's impossible to get nice looking implants, I'm stating that I never see them done well on sex workers I follow.
I can't name one case of the top of my head that does not look botched, I can however name a few that recently got botched.

It almost never does though. In my experience they end up posting less and worse content.
