Looks like she is trying to become more mainstream again.
The fact that she is active on YouTube again and trying so hard to comply with the new regulations, plus how over-structured her RPLAY streams are now really brings me to that conclusion. I suppose it’s a mix of trying to reestablish herself on another website for safety... and pure greed for some cash.
She will obviously still indirectly promote her RPLAY, but it's likely that the focus on her NSFW content is going to lose steam when she looks at her YT numbers.
Yet, it really feels like it's only a matter of time before YouTube gets even stricter with this kind of ASMR. Keep in mind they banned real-person ear licking done on camera, but VTubers seem to get through it. Some VTubers are already getting hit by YouTube for "sexual ASMR" like licking or suck sounds getting their videos deleted and channels banned.
Keep in mind that her YT break was due to exactly these stricter rules where she got strikes and kept her feet still.
Suzu also talked about that and claimed it’s not as strict in live streams, hence she licks there. But ultimately, it's only a matter of time before YouTube bans her live streams (plus potentially her old videos) and the ASMR-Vtuber loophole closes completely.
Since her content was basically always free, she might just switch to making normal ASMR primary and handle NSFW as a bonus with less effort. There might even be a licking-membership on YT, but I seriously doubt that will last either... idk.
With all this said, be prepared for rougher times coming regarding what we like about her.

It makes sense. She just hit 10K recently so I assume this is her taking the opportunity to go legit another shot. A common pattern with asmrtists and Vtubers is that they use NSFW content as a stepping stone, gather up enough supporters who'll support them no matter what they do, and then quietly quit the content they have no interest in doing anymore. No saying she HAS no interest in the ASMR she's done. After all, she started off doing ear licking asmr. However, I don't think she ever intended to go as far as she did. She just stumbled upon it, saw the money and attention it gains, and continues on with it.
Now she has a big enough YouTube audience to eventually move on from the RPlay asmr she was just getting used to. It's still way too early to assume all this, but I won't be surprised if that's where she's heading.
