I noticed there isn't a Seedance thread, so I'm creating one for discussion.
Seedance 2.5 has been released. Discuss your findings, feelings, opinions, and prompts here.
Don't post pictures or videos of real people. Follow the rules and mainly only discuss and help others with prompts, or this thread will be taken down.
 
It's by far the best model ive worked with, way better than wan 3.0, but its expensive. I love that you can do 30 second videos, those 8-10 second ones were amusing novelties but at 30 seconds it finally feels like a real scene. Its pretty good at creatively interpreting instructions and the results are mind blowing, easily my favorite porn. Everyrhing looks nearly photo realistic and doesnt have the cartoony uncanny valley effect you get from older models. You still have to instruct it to make faces perfectly accurate to the original source image which seems silly that we have to include instructuons to do a good job. Too bad its so costly; Ive been using it on the a2e platform and it comes out to around $10 per 30 second video. It's worth it but hopefully the price comes down soon. Regardless, its the future.
 
I think you meant a different wan. Because 3.0 is way better but it's not fully available yet . It has 30 sec generations for half the price of sd2.5 and the quality is way higher no misformed genitalia without references like sd2.5. great penetration. SD.2.5 is just as good but only with some Refrences and Refrences drive the price up. Refrence with wan3 don't increase the price
 
Im not an expert by any means, a2e has 3.0 available labeled as being still in beta. I did a few generations with it but they took an entire day to come back and I wasnt nearly as impressed with the results as seedance 2.5, but maybe i had bad luck. Youre right about the issues with genitalia and penetration.
 
how are you able to bypass the restrictions and moderation? The prompts I've used would prevent me from doing anything, and it's on Venice.
 
Are you sure you are using seedance 2.5? I've been getting zero restrictions and moderation. I also use Venice.
 
They both have different styles of prompting. But yes wan3 is in beta phase , GPU constantly being stress test so failures and long queue are common. Should speed up a lot when full released. Fastest I've seen is 20 minutes for ~20 sec 480p gen. But average 1-2hrs
 
Is there a free website to try, which works with burner email or daily credit?
 
i played with 3.0 some more last night. it's definitely capable of better generations, but so far it's very inconsistent. half the time even with prompting to keep the faces completely accurate you end up with completely different faces. i presume this is an issue that will be fixed before it gets an actual release since it wasn't an issue with 2.7
 
Depends where.

Seedance 2.5 is censored pretty much everywhere, except Dzine.

Over at SeaArt they label the NSFW version as StarDream 2.5
 
Am I right to say that Venice is the host everyone is using? Or is there another someone would recommend, like Dzine?

And I assume you have to pay the $18/month pro plan plus by credits to get access to the decent models like Seedance 2.5 and Wan?
 
When you say "not censored" at Dzine, do you mean it permits movie/tv celebs? I find SD2.5 on Venice rejects most.
 
seedance is still my fav after spending a day using the 50% discounted wan 3.0 introductory testing pricing. wan can rival it in general photorealism, naturalism of movement, physics and coherence but its a stubborn and limited model to use for reference mode. seedance having various modes of extend, edit, and raw generation plus its intuitive prompt handling and highly accurate movement animation and physics simulations mean its very impressive. but yea damn its expensive...

that said its fractions of the cost of buying original content, theres no stalling for the delivery, no sales hassles or refund bs, i can get a result exactly like what i want vs having to figure out what they are willing to do etc. These girls are screwed, costs will go down, performance will improve, and the experience is something they cant really compete with
 
Exactly. Imagine how much stuff you can generate for the amount you would actually pay the girl for a customised video
 
Yeah, on one site I was having problems using a reference video for WAN 3.0.

Even if it worked, they only allow a 15 second reference video, where Seedance 2.5 allows the full 30 seconds.

Still, with the cheaper price, it might be worth messing around with WAN 3.0 for a bit.
