I might be imagining things, but about last year I came across one of his videos posted somewhere that I haven't been able to find since.
Same "massage" setup and room. Lady was asian? Definitely sounded asian-american instead of FOB asian, fair skin but not pale, black/brown hair, maybe shoulder length or shorter. She had a bit of chubbiness to her but wasn't fat. I think she mentioned to him she was a mom, script might've mentioned something about surfing/hawaii? Not too sure on that last part. Fake unfortunately, maybe the Indian one was legit according to someone. Most of these girls are content girls.
Also, as someone who frequents massage places, both legit and the "fun" ones, the setup is very realistic, but the giveaway is the bright ass doctors office lighting, they'll usually dim it or the room will be poorly lit to make it a tranquil environment. He has it well lit because of the cameras.

This is all obviously staged. He posts on OF, OF will not allow anyone to upload vids without all the participants consent in writing, whether its by having a verified account on OF or sending them a signed consent form. The blurring of the faces is to keep up the illusion that these vids are “legit”. If these were real u would not be finding them in mainstream sites and the man most likely would be in many legal troubles
 
Wayyy too many, from the occasional granny, hot MILFs, to college-aged hotties. They're mostly Korean (which I like) but you find the occasional Latina.
