Comical... No they don't.

I had an agency who claimed they "misunderstood my ask" when I asked for specific content. They sent me garbage and when I told them it wasn't what I asked for they told me to submit a refund request with OnlyFans Support. It was all in the DMs that it wasn't what I asked for and that the creator told me to submit a request and OnlyFans still wouldn't refund the money. They told me to have the creator do it and of course they wouldn't do it.
 
I mean that's probably the video we've all been talking about. We just don't want to pay $500- $600 for it at the end of the day

Two videos refunded, they made me wait ten days to see if they gave me the videos. They did not. I got it all back. Don't give up keep emailing the customer service.

Edit: they even refunded the small $5 charge before the two bigger charges
 
The bullshit videos are labeled now as part of a series etc. the new ones today/yesterday so they can't be called out scamming anymore lol. Bet they had to give back more than a few purchases!
