I clicked the link to watch the tutorial, but honestly, I don't understand what I'm supposed to do because it seems to be a guide for people with some programming knowledge. I think I'll try to capture it in OBS Studio.
 
Easiest way for me was getting the "Allow Right-Click" extension in Firefox, I went to a video, activated the extension, right click to open video in new tab and in that new tab I could download it again with right click in what the file said to be source
