Has she had some sort of breast surgery recently? I don't think she's gotten implants, but I think I remember hearing in the past she had some cysts? Maybe she removed them?
I hope the scars around the areolas fade more with time.

Yes she had large cysts in her breasts, they were clearly visible in her last videos pre surgery.
