Nothing has been confirmed, just some allegations made by a former disgruntled manager. But, it seems very likely she is.
If the allegations are true, the question is whether the rap career was a front for escorting or did she get into sex work because she saw her music career was going nowhere.

It came from her former (alleged) manager. The manager posted some screenshots accusing saweetie of never fully paying her.
According to the manager, Saweetie was escorting around the world ( Singapore, Dubai, Europe, etc) but when she met Jadon Sancho, saweetie fell in love and didn’t pay up. So the manager posted on instagram that Saweetie “ fell in love with the client” and even posted some screenshots with Saweetie asking something to the effect of how much do girls usually charge Sancho. Saweetie of course denies everything and is suing for defamation. Since then, Saweetie has disappeared from social media.
If the defamation case goes forward, I suppose we’ll learn the truth in the discovery phase if it’s not settled. But most hip hop insiders think the allegations are true. It’s an open secret many hip hop girls, with mediocre music careers, hoe on the side to maintain their luxurious lifestyle.
