Yes, she has said it quite frequently, both in her Patreon and on X. It is 100% PCOS. She takes medication to help with a lot of the problems the condition causes, but the anti-androgen meds that would reduce the dark body hair growth gave her some complications so she preferred to stay off of them.
Basically, PCOS causes a sensitivity to androgens, which in turn causes hair follicles that would produce light peachfuzz to produce darker, thicker hair in a more typical 'male pattern' distribution. That's why she has hairy nipples, the treasure trail, a very thick bush, and hair all along her asscrack. Most women also have hair there, but hers grows in thicker and darker due to the androgen sensitivity.
She used to shave a lot more, but complained that her skin sensitivity made it really painful. When she started just letting it grow, she got a lot more positive response than she expected from her socials so now she just kind of leans into it. She waxed her ass and trimmed her bush for a specific set of photos a month or two ago, but obviously she's back to business as usual now.
