Yes I spent days trying to reason with him only for him to blow up on me, get rude, and then gatekeep the video. That guy has serious issues. He claims reuploading takes too much time and Bandwidth which is retarded. The real reason, which he accidentally let on, was that some guy would repost his uploads into the threads they should have been posted in in the first place (ie. Guy would post video in the comments of some random post in a general thread, nobody would see it and the post would get no exposure) and got more likes than the original post. He then crashed out on the guy that was re-upping things (I spoke to him as well to see if he had the video). Now he is blocking everyone who asks him about the video. Real scum behaviour to hoard when I can guarantee he's gotten loads of free content from these sites.
