A sad update to all this as I had bought a couple of customs back in September and never heard anything for a few months. She updated to inform me that she was homeless and had been evicted from her property. She also has broken up with her partner to. I don't know for sure she is using drugs again but that is also a possibility. So apart from buying existing content I don't think customs are reliable though as she currently living on the street.
I wouldn't usually fill the content thread with this but there is no discussion thread and wanted to make others aware

I can sorta corroborate this as I also purchased a custom back in August which still hasn't been delivered yet but unlike you I haven't heard a single thing from her since September, not even the custom deal or video bundle message spam that seems like she still was sending to other people as of December based on the screenshots from tiktokdowner (so she must've been avoiding my fansly account specifically), she must've been really hurting for money given that she was sending those messages pretty much every day so it really sucks if true that she's homeless now
