This isn’t a case like Mayli; A rich bitch can get litigious about independent sexual content. You never see or hear about the leakers who are fighting 5-6 figure lawsuits, but those cases absolutely do exist.
 
That can be true but she'd get this thread and all the content taken down if she knew/cared. Thats much easier and cheaper than a lawsuit
 
You’re correct, but looking at it only from the perspective of suing for damages; Most digital media is considered low valued, so leaked content would hardly ever go past small claims court ($50k CAD limit in my ends), where you rep yourself. This is a non-celebrity with $$ who could sue for damaged reputation, which far exceeds small claims, and she would definitely win. That’s worth it if she ever decided to care.
Yes¿ that’s literally one of the avenues litigation takes when suing for damages to e-commerce. If you want to have a good faith discussion, I’m open to that. I’ve helped serve and been served papers before for DMCA and digital ownership.
I just don’t think an Oxford Study with a face full of plastic is worth pressuring one of our own.
 
Are there reliable ways to remove metadata? I have some stuff Id post. Nothing custom and it was paid PPV so Im sure most of it if not all is already out there.
 
Something to remux the file and edit the headers would do. I imagine as long as the encode date changes and some header data gets deleted that there's nothing that can be learned from analysing the file.
If it was me, I'd use mkvtoolnix. Then use a second app to make doubley sure, like Media Info.
