Yeah, seems like any testing would be deductible as a business expense for her LLC although I imagine it is not fun having to constantly schedule them.
 
That sucks. Unfortunately, the porn industry has historically did away with their "stars" when they think they're being unreasonable (aka asking for reasonable safety, and pay). Although I get business stuff is tricky to pull off, its not like she is still a staple of the porn industry in this post-social media age, so working that out would make sense to me, but who knows. I do wonder how much about it changed after covid.
 
It does seem a little penywise and pound foolish to make such a stink over like $100 $200 in testing and not earning a grand or whatever her shooting fee is, like maybe someone with the pull of an Angela White can make requests like this but I guess the free market is just playing out here. same here. That "overacting" is part of the charisma that's lost in most modern pro porn media. I've said this to some close friends once, but pornstars are on a similar wavelength as wrestlers.
