He does a lot of weird voices and affectations, almost as if he is on some kind of hallucinogenics or is trying to pretend to be someone else...

I recall him describing himself as a kind of "sex shaman" once lol. Very strange guy. In interviews he speaks with no accent, but in his Twitter vids he is doing some kind of performance.
