Jazzy is her cousin. They call each other sisters though. If I'm not mistaken I believe she is of age. I followed Riah TT for awhile. Most people wanted Jazzy over her. At that time I do believe she wasn't.

I have followed since she was just doing regular TT lives. Comments were made about Jazz then and she said they were actually cousins by blood but we're pretty much sisters otherwise.
