They actually rarely overlap, people who are into nude models and people who are into cosplayers. That's why her nude shots are often misnamed, such as "rafena", "rifena", "refni" and similar stuff. Perhaps that's why it's also not as widespread. Or maybe other factors, like she and her husband actively hunting those down.
Regarding psf, if you take a look the ig account screenshoot I posted, it has 3 L in the username so I assume the original's deleted/changed username and that 3L one's a new and different account made by other people.
