Are you sure it has DRM turned on? If not, it's surprisingly easy to download. If it does, I think I've seen ways to make the process a little easier, and we can follow up on that lol
 
What aroomz said. I've always used the IMG Max URL user script, just because I use it on a ton of other websites to get pictures/vids, but it's probably a bit more advanced to use.

Just Google Allow Right Click extension, and find one for your browser. If you're on mobile, it's a bit more complicated, but I've got a solution for that too.
