ok, so the source was someone spamming the link of that picture on a kick chat.
 
To the person who posted that picture in the content thread: that’s a picture of her with treyliving(?), a guy who people speculate she fucked at the BAU content house. She might have, might have not, that might be the guy in the pic, might be not, and the pic might be real, might be not.
