Simp Chat PotasticPanda (MxRPlays/Jeannie) - Most Deranged Conspiracy Thread

I can't help but wonder if Jeannie is bitter about everything. One of the major reasons she quit medical school all those years ago was because of Henry and their youtube career. It would be impossible for any person to juggle both of those things. Medical school is extremely demanding, after all. Fast-forward a few years, and they've broken up. Mxr plays is gone, and has been dead for a while. Now she's left with a semi-successful twitch career, and that's putting it nicely tbh. At the time of writing this, she's streaming to 400 viewers...
If she never left medical school, where would she be right now? Halfway through residency? A full-fledged attending? Not to mention, the girl is Korean. I wonder how her parents feel about everything?

It's been well over a year since the breakup lol. I think she's entitled to move on with her life and it have nothing to do with her previous relationship.

In some Asian countries they do a break up apology payment if they date for a while and the guy is rich. Do you guys think that happened here?

Absolutely 0% chance. Henry probably isn't even rich enough to qualify, and Jeannie left so barehanded, at the beginning of her post break up streams people here were complaining that she had no clothes to wear.
Also, where is that a thing? Can't be China since they recently banned divorce settlements to protect rich simps. Never heard of that in Japan either, so that leaves SK and the rest of SEA.

It was China actually! Maybe it's an older generation thing cause the example happened over ~20 years ago if I remember correctly.(The source did say it was common) I think they called it dating compensation or something compensation... The circumstance was different though (if you want more info I'll explain)

Neither of them was living in China lol.
She definitely got some breakup money from Henry though.

She didn't do med school because she didn't get in, she was going to have to move interstate to do a pre-med course which henry offered to fund, then covid happened

can we plz stop talking about this, its like the 40th time. jeannie didnt go because she was the scared of the insane IRRATIC schedule nurses have and she was worried she wasnt gonna have time to see her friends or family. etc. she decided to go to twitch. THE End

It's such an old talking point, real question I wanna know is who else finds her armpits hot recently? Looking toned and nice AF

She could have gotten botox in her armpits when she went to Korea since it's cheap and poplar there.

I mean, you do you, but fucking hell I TRULY don't understand this fetish.

Before those, they already had tons of sponsors, usually of the borderline scam kind, like ridge wallets, vessi shoes, raycon earbuds, raid shadow legends, the whole lot.
Total demonetization only happened a few months before the ban.

People always underestimate just how big MxR truly was at its peak. They were putting out daily videos, each usually getting between 200k and 500k views. MxR Plays had close to a billion total views when it got banned, and all of those videos are long form, around 20-30 minutes, leaving plenty of opportunities for youtube to insert ads, so their CPM should have been high. At a very measely 5$ CPM, that's a total of 5 million dollars in gross revenue.

Doing a very rough, conservative estimate on their total patreon subscriptions gives me at least 5 million dollars as well.

All the sponsorships are on top of this. As far as I can tell, he could afford those houses with ease.

its been a while since i looked up how many subscribers he had, but he had 3 tiers even on the lowest tier setting he would have been making more than enough to buy a $3 million home and on zillow for his washington state said how much the house was worth, and how much he paid for it, it said he paid $3 million for it
edit, justlooked it up to be exact henry sold the house on oct 30th 2024 for $3,250,000 it he baught it on jul 26th 2021 for $3,150,000 when looking it up it said henry used a traditional mortgage which means that henry had to prove that he had the finances to pay a monthly mortgage for said house Assuming a traditional financing structure, Henry and Jeannie's monthly mortgage payment would have been approximately $10,449. he would have had needed atleast a standard 20% down payment or $630,000 with a final mortgage of $2.52 million
Principal & Interest: $10,449
Property Taxes: ~$2,150 (Based on King County's 2021 assessment)
Homeowners Insurance: ~$250
Total Estimated Monthly Out-of-Pocket: ~$12,849
Based on a standard debt-to-income (DTI) ratio, Henry would have needed a gross income of at least $35,692 per month
Because this loan amount (~$2.52 million) far exceeded conforming limits in 2021, lenders would have required him to have between 12 and 24 months of cash reserves in the bank after closing on top of his actual income
"I find it hard to believe the mxrmods channel and mxrplays were making enough bank for a 3M and 4.2M house purchase. Specially when they barely had sponsor deals (it only started happening towards the end when the gooning accessory sites offered) and the mxrplays was un-monetizable because of youtube strikes. No wonder they kept moving around because the houses were unsustainable."
to address this directly, the price of the house he had in washington is a fact, so its not up for debate they had a house that at the time of their purchase was worth $3.15 million, he would have to have proven his income with financial statements, bank statements access to his checking, savings etc he would have had to have between 12 months and 24 months of income in the bank after closing he would have had to put atleast 20% down which means he would have needed to put atleast $630,000 as a down payment

In 2024, so when their numbers had already had started dropping I calculated they were making a minimum of $100,000/month on Patreon alone. That was after all the fees that Patreon would take.

I came up with that number at the time by taking their patreon # count and counting the highest tier on their video. I took the highest tier away from the #, and then assumed the rest were the lowest tier. So yea, they were making a ton of money from Patreon. This was again in 2024 when their numbers had already dropped. From 2020 - 2024 when they were still getting sponsors, YT money and a large popularity they should have easily netted a million a year.

Approximately how much has his Patreon subscriber base fallen off since its peak?

still has 11504 paying members but I am sure it was over 20000 at some point.

excluding youtube ..... their Henry's Patreon alone at it's peak, had 30k subs .... even if it's lower tier (forgot what it was, $5 or $10?) ... that's a shit ton of cash every month

he makes so much, someone stole 300k? from them & really was nbd for him .. he didn't like it obviously but didn't hurt too much ... mxr makes a lot

Man, my brain is so programmed to skip those between hundreds of channels that I didn't even remember they had those. Now I'm recalling Jeannie running through a puddle in vessi shoes claiming they wouldn't get wet. And the raycon/ridge bullshit.

Yeah, nevermind. I was entirely miss-remembering how long shit was bad for them on youtube (covid times are a jumbled mess). I'm sorry I invoked the math nerds for nothing, my bad guys. Thanks for the numbers though. Reach an average between your numbers and you're all right.

They apparently hit 31,833 Sep 1, 2024.

Currently the Patreon is ~11,500. Even at $5 a month that is still $57,500 per month, even split amongst Kai, and their editor that still likely is over $345k a year he's making though (that's post Patreon fees). That assumes every person is on the lowest tier possible. In reality there is a decent chunk who are likely the higher tiers. This is even before their sponsors for the erotic stuff, which a sponsor spot can easily net like $10k+ depending on viewership

I think I calculated it back when it was like 20k or something like that

*edit* Looking at a most recent video I will adjust my estimate. 11,132 ($5 members), 368 ($15 members). So $61,180 min. If following the trend of tiers my guess is actually $65k/month
