Pretty sure her account is run by a third party, probably by some guy called Oleh in Zahnitkiv :PepeLaugh:
The account is scammy. Takes money for customs, never delivers and just provides an endless series of BS excuses whenever challenged. Even OF contacting 'her' doesn't change the way 'she' operates. My advice would be to interact with caution and don't part with money until you're confident you have good evidence if a refund is needed.
