It's worded carefully, she's not saying you'd get all of that for 50,just access to that, in that order. You'd probably lose pretty easily trying to get action against her
 
At least Fansly is cheaper although it has one less media in the pack compared to OF. Fansly also is much more stricts with their policies so if people want to check it out, should do it there. Both sites still do say very clearly that creators should not try to deceive users in any way.
