There isn't really any "pretending to be a femboy." People who call themselves femboys aren't presenting that as their gender identity, that's the reason the word has "boy" in it; it's a style predicated on a male gender identity.
Whether this creator is FTM or cis male, he is identifying as a male and using male pronouns, and then subsequently dressing/acting like a femboy, as his style.

Now, this is an ftm creator I follow who has been on testosterone long term and he still has a feminine ass. Obviously hormones affect everyone differently, but like, T doesn't just delete their natural curves.
 
Before he tells the truth I want to record my opinion, I think he started HRT when he was a child so he didn't go through female puberty but male puberty, that's why the chest and the deep voice, but he could be faking both.
 
Maybe I don't understand you, but he's biologically male and I doubt he is taken HRT...
