I've always enjoyed Phoenix as a performer - but recently I've had a decline in respect for her. I discussed purchasing a custom video on her OF account - we came to an agreement on what would be filmed and what it would cost - I paid, but she never delivered, just kept giving me the run around. Now the silver lining here is OF refunded me all my money, so that is a relief - but she definitely made herself look pretty bad. Making a transactional agreement, taking the money and not delivering on her word. Now, I understand that it is an agency that is running her account, and that I'm not really talking to Phoenix - however, she is the one that put the agency in charge, and they are acting on her behalf and representing her in these engagements. It's her image and brand on the line, so at the end of the day, it reflects back on her. And her image and brand are surely tarnished with this kind of behavior. Just makes me wonder how many other fans have gone through this with "her". Sad.
 
You didn't make any contract with Melissa, but with some agency, that is, some chatter who chats on behalf of Phoenix...so the big question is whether your request for a custom video even reached Melissa...maybe it did at some point, but she didn't have the time or will to record the requested video.....onlyfans is a kind of scam lately
 
Clearly didnt read what I wrote, because I acknowledged that I am aware that it's an agency I speaking to. That aside, if the agency is taking requests and money, then it's incumbent on Phoenix aka Melissa to set the parameters on that, so that requests that are a no for her wont even be accepted. Again, she is authorizing the agency to act on her behalf, so at the end of the day it falls on her and reflects poorly on her. I agree that OF is quite a cesspool.
