When I read this my first thought was... it is just you. I went to watch some of her lives and I can see it. I understand people not seeing it but I can see the resemblance and while their body type makes it hard for me to see the resemblance in certain still pics it is easier to see. I saw it in a still picture then looked a little harder at the live and saw it. She has much darker features but I can think it is in the eyes and nose area the most.
 
I have a genuine question: does the idea of "recommendation" actually work for people? I’m referring to the practice of seeking out a creator with more content because they resemble someone you are interested in who lacks an online presence.
Personally, I’ve never found that to be an effective substitute. For example, while I can see some physical similarities between Alanna and Nel, I am much more attracted to Nel, and finding content from Alanna never fulfills my interest in Nel. This isn't meant as a criticism, but I’ve noticed many people suggest this approach, and it has never once met my expectations. Have you found this to be a satisfying alternative, or do you feel the same way?
