the photos had already been posted in their original form, you turning them into "wallpapers" does not make them new or original, they are reposts of old photos... not a mod here, not trying to be but I believe that is why it was removed and I doubt posting them here again after they already removed them will make them very happy
 
I collected them and tiled them together, that counts as new content in my book. But anyway, mods=gods, who can tell why they do what they do.
 
what counts as new in your book doesn't to the people who matter and probably most here... simply repurposing content with minor alterations isn't new content and if people did that repeatedly it would be super annoying... imagine every day someone comes along and posts a different "wallpaper" with a previously posted photo edited or arranged slightly different than before
while it's cool you want to get creative, i would imagine reddit or maybe your own site/blog is a better place for that... just sayin'
