I'm curious what is it about the using the built in OFDL chrome browser the authenticate that is ill advised? Is the the potential for an outdated browser version?
 
Experience. It's another point of failure. Should it work? Yeah. Does it work? Yeah, probably. Does the extension work? 90% of the time it works 100% of the time. If the built in browser stuff works for you, keep on truckin', dude!
 
Hey I managed to download the new OFDL and get it too work after 2 hours lol, though wasn't there a parameter too let it search for expired subs in the earlier version?
Edit: Nevermind I found it, it was in the config file
 
So after a bunch of trial and error, I finally got OF Scraper running in Terminal on macOS.
With that being said, how do I get to download DRM content?
 
If anyone has an issue where ofdl doesn't download anything suddenly, check your vpn. Was connected on my second attempt and it stopped on "starting scrape for (user)"
 
Can you please tell us what you do step-by-step if you don't mind. I download and install everything ok, and the same error that Valwhit says happens.
 
Latest version i did shared it's for Windows only just FYI.
To unzip files on your Mac, simply locate the compressed file (it ends in .zip or has a zipper icon) in Finder, then double-click it. Your Mac’s built-in Archive Utility will automatically extract the files and save the unzipped folder in the exact same location. [1, 2]
Alternative Methods:
    • Right-Click: Right-click (or hold Control and click) the .zip file, select Open With, and choose Archive Utility.
    • Quick Look: Right-click the .zip file, select Quick Look, and click the Uncompress icon in the top right corner of the preview window.
    • Terminal: Open Terminal, type cd ~/Downloads (or navigate to your file's location), and type unzip filename.zip
 
Is there any tool to download the onlyfans message history? Like a text file.
 
There isn't that I know of but if you work with an AI, you can create a browser extension that will do it.
 
I did all the work for the keys and ofdl is still not recognizing it. Can you spot the problem?

EDIT: It works, the problem was the name. Remove the File types (.pem and .bin). If it wasnt showing from the beginning then you need to activate file extension names. Leaving it here for other noobs like me haha
 
How did you get the keys? Is there a guide somewhere Ive been using AI to walk me through it but I’m stuck now.
 
i have done all the steps with creating the keys and everything and the thing I am stuck with now is actually just logging in to OF DL, anyone know how the manual auth works? The site with the documentation seems to be down.
 
I tried using the browser extension and downloaded the new auth.json and replaced it, but I still cant authenthicate
 
Seems like its trying to connect to git.ofdl.tools but its not reachable, therefore my authentication is not valid. Anyone know how I can get around that/had similar issues?

Anyone know of a method that allows you to download only specific categories from a profile? E.g, I only want to mass download the swallow vids
