Hey all, I'm using ofscraper and able to download DRM content but they appear as '_1080' rather than '_source'. I must be missing a config, any tips?

Isn't doing this risky? If multiple people use the same keys OnlyFans might eventually think all accounts are the same and ban them all. Isn't that why you're supposed to have your own unique keys? IP location won't matter. :unsure:

Or risk having downloading slowed down or failed because more than 1 user is trying at the same time with the same keys?

The file names are the same for everyone but the metadata or whatever is different. Someone smarter than me can tell me if that's true.
 
Yuuuup thats what i assume too, im no expert but arent these keys supposed to be linked to a device (hence why they're generated via android studio) and if everyone uses the same, won't OF just detect all the accounts as sharing the same device?
 
No, CMD keys are local. From the OF's perspective, it only sees the data sent by your script, the script sends a standard network request to the server. The website can see that the request is coming from a command-line tool but thats it. Its digital connection (TLS handshake, HTTP headers) are slightly different. I think OF sees you watching videos at extreme speed and only if they look for it. As any corporation, they trust their encryption, also that you cant download/view any unpaid content and tools that disable downloading for any standart user. Otherwise, they dont care. By numbers, downloaders are still niche number of population. So they can see you scripting but not whats going on or that particular script is sharing CMD keys as someone else....

I think the main risk is that they change sth on the site and render all tools to be remade/not working anymore. I wouldnt be scared about bans but risks are always there, nonetheless. Specially since they already have AI agents to check the conversations. Wonder what would they implement next...
 
I used the patched one posted earlier by fapst3r and then modified the rules.json and copied my keys over.
 
For everyone having problems with OFDL V1.10.6 not downloading DRM content purchased in private messages, I'll provide you my fix. DownloadService.DownloadFile is sending a bare requests without User-Agent, Cookie and Referer. After a download fails, run this python script and it will download anything in your current queue that has failed/isn't downloaded (download = 0).

just an update for everyone who is facing the same issue i was facing. It's the VPN i was using. once i disabled it I'm now able to connect again.

try using a different VPN until one works. Cloudflare was blocking the connection for me
 
Please bro, make new versions, without you an entire community will be wiped out. OF has been churning out updates like hell recently. They are banning major VPN ips and the moment I login to older OF DL, I get errors for DRM ppv messages.

Please sim0n00ps , we need your help
 
There's fixes for it, above... and also SubScraper, which is OFDL, with a new team, doing upgrades... ;)

Well, let's hope that anyone coming here now, will at least read these two pages, prior to starting to ask the same question(s), over and over again. ;)

(To make that less likely, still:
The errors stating that git.ofdl.tools is unavailable, are NOT a problem, if you have the most recent version of the rules.json. OFDL will still work. But also, think about getting SubScraper set up for yourself, seeing how that still is getting upgraded, while OFDL isn't. ... ;))

Also, thanks to Staff for cleaning up literally 90+ pages of the same issues, again and again ;) (y) 🎉
 
Can you link SubScraper? The only thing I find when searching is the scraper by datawhores, but it hasn't been updated since March and I couldn't get it to work at all with the current release.
 
Look on page 1 of the thread. The staff deleted a ton of pages in this thread in hopes of avoiding questions like this.
