Running Test0ster0n's patch on OF DL 1.10.6 and inputting the text as described, and I get an error "WARNING: 'correct2.string' was not found in the file." What am I doing wrong?
 
I'm trying to download a video using of-dl with DRM enabled; in less than a second, it jumps to 70%, then errors out, then goes to 100% without actually downloading the video. Can anyone help me?

OK thanks. it is patched now but videos still aren't downloading and I get this in the logs:

Do I need to update the rules and./or config files?
 
I could swear there was an existing userscript that would enable right-click downloading of content, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I found a few generic context enablers that allowed right-clicking, but not "save as image" options. I did "write" one (just used AI), but there's no point sharing if one already works.

I did make one that enables long-press downloading on mobile. I may combine the two functions, make a handy script for everyone.

It'd be nice to get away from people posting low quality PNG screenshots with filesizes not worth their quality when they could be posting originals.

Both of you ... just get SubScraper, follow the instructions there, copy in your already existing CDM Keys (or use their API Service, by not having keys present... although I do not know if that is available, for free..) and you're good to go ... (any config issues, it'll tell you how to fix or where to find the solution ... :)
 
Did you replaced just strings cdn3DOTonlyfansDOTcom with cdn2DOTonlyfansDOTcom? Everything else remain the same and log in just works...
 
Just to be clear to anyone reading, you dont write DOT, you replace those with .
 
i have my keys as well. Any chance you can tell me what you had configure the sitebase.URL with & the Site.DrmCdnHost
 
OF DL how to get it working manual, as desribed by the and worked out by Test0ster0n and WellActually (see bellow)

You need to download and install Python to be able execute py file (just search for python on the internet, oficial site and its download section)
Download the py file (of code that was posted), made it ready to use here: https://cyberdrop.cr/f/okK3KOB8dbH2z (its RAR, just extract it anywhere)

1) Run the code patch_exe.py
2) Enter source EXE path: path to your exe (just right click on OF DL.exe where its located on your PC and choose Copy as a path or Ctrl+shift+C, paste in there
3) Enter output EXE path: same as 1), just add "_patched" after DL (without ")
4) Enter text to search for: cdn3DOTonlyfansDOTcom (remove DOTS and add . in its place)
5) Enter replacement text: cdn2DOTonlyfansDOTcom (remove DOTS and add . in its place)
6) Execute (follow the instruction)

Voila. Working, nothing else needed to do. Of course, you need to ran on forward the new patched .exe file

Except I followed that exactly, got the patched OF-DL running, but it still doesn't download DRM video and I get the error logs I posted above. So yeah it's not always "Follow this exactly and it'll work"...
 
I didn't hear back about the userscript, so I updated the one I "made" for mobile downloading. It's only good for downloading individual media items, one at a time, (images and vids), and doesn't support DRM. It does require you to actually expand the media, so you get the full-size image. On the upside, it doesn't work if you try to download the low-res one, so it'll remind you and prevent mistakes.

No idea if it'll work on an iPhone or Mac, since I don't have those ecosystems to check (feedback would be great). I imagine it should work on a Mac. I saw iPhone did have a userscript/TamperMonkey tool you could download, but I dunno how well it works.

On mobile, I've only tested it on Edge for Android w/ TamperMonkey, but it's working great for me.

On desktop, expand the content, and then right-click. Should get the download/save image option in the context menu.

On mobile, expand the content, and then long-press. Should get the same deal.

I dont know what to say to you. I might check the error log for you. BUT before it doesnt worked for me, I did as they posted and it works now

 
Hmmm there was issue to get to the server and when it succeed, it was denied. Might be multiple issues. I would honestly just download and set-up OF DL 1.10.5 again and patched it cleanly rather than go through config files or auth tokens...
