Highly doubt that’s for reason, some crazed people gave her shit at the beginning of the Guts Tour, oh I remember, and it didn’t stop her.

My guess is they don’t want the potential for any slips to happen so they’ve cut most of it out (not like any slips would happen anyways ‘cause Olivia always has pasties on for the most part). The beginning of tours are usually the testing phases of how things will go down the line during the concert overall during future concert dates and it seems like they didn’t like her changing the entire time so yeah. That’s just my theory anyways but it’s certainly the most possible.
 
So is it live or is it a premade video? I assumed it was premade which would obviously avoid the potential slip issue. On the other hand, doing it live allows her more flexibility for using different outfits.
 
Nah she was doing it live, but for some reason it is getting cut shorter and shorter. I think it's because she is trying to avoid slips. Yes, she ALWAYS wears pasties, but even having that show would cause an uproar. I think she's just being more cautious, which she always is

fuck. When I saw that videos from the Chicago show on Twitter, I knew it would already be on the main thread. She’s so hot n seems so thick in there, i hope we get to see more from her
 
I saw some of her show at Austin City Limits. Does she just lip sync? Her audio changed quite a bit while she went from talking to "singing'. I understand if you guys don't care about her music. Haha
 
I mean, she's never lip synched, so I don't see why she would start. What do you mean her audio changed?
 
At the risk of rustling jimmies, she isn't a super strong as an actual singer. She has a nice voice but isn't very consistent. From what I have seen, she mostly signs live, but they do heavily control her voice in the mix. Any change was likely from changing the the audio between speaking and what they do for the singing. Also, there may differences in equipment at this venue that are affecting how show sounds.
 
I get what you mean by not wanting to rustle anything or start some war, but I have to disagree on the first part. She is amazingly strong as an actual singer. I've seen countless of vocalists and vocal coaches say how she does amazing for songs that are in such a high register. If you see people who know about singing break down her songs, they say she does crazy difficult techniques

Also, her songs are super difficult to sing live, which is why she might have that mix and why they might control her voice. I have no idea what that stuff means, so I can't speak to that
 
Watch her CMAT cover on BBC. I know it's not a live concert, but her singing voice is amazing there. Same with her tiny desk concerts. Can't all just be sound engineering right?
 
In the world of singers, Olivia is firmly an amateur, as are most "vocal coaches" you reference. That is not a criticism or mean that she is bad at what she does. There are levels to any craft. Pop music in general is not a good showcase of vocal ability.
 
She definitely does not lip sync (not in all the live clips and videos I have seen, an unhealthy amount). But she is half deaf in one of her ears so maybe that has something to do with it.
 
That does help explain some of her inconsistency. It is notoriously difficult for performers to be able to hear themselves on stage. Technology has improved the situation a lot, but as we all know technology is not always reliable.
 
Idk if this is genuine.. this feels like sarcasm. But I will say, this is a chat forum to discuss anything about the person. Not everyone is NSFW every second. Some people enjoy her music and want to chat about it. The same way I see people chatting about acting on chat forums for actresses.
