the only thing she doesnt have is an opening to her female parts. To be fair when I first heard she was trans I thought whoever was her doctor must have the hands of a god until I learned it was all natural, she was only considered trans due to a legal technicality.
 
So is she not trans in some way? I don't really understand the legal technicality part.
 
Sounds like she has female sex organs and features (breasts, ovaries, softer features, etc.), but she also has a male sex organ.

Unless I'm misunderstanding?
 
Pre-natal all signs pointed toward her being female, when she was born they saw male genitalia so she was assigned male at birth. Growing up she felt that she was female on the inside. Turns out that it was more than just a feeling because at eight she went to the doctor due to intense abdominal pain/spasms and growing masses on her chest. They checked and found out she had all the female organs save for the opening, due to her having XXY sex chromosomes, so they had to legally transition her from male to female.

She is under hormones (HRT), which her body accepts really well for teh reasons DarkDragoon mention. It’s not 'natural' because she still needs to take hormones externally instead of producing them naturally, but technically, it allows her body to make the changes it needs to transition and her female hormones gain over the masculine traits. Typically, trans individuals seek surgeries to enhance feminine traits, but looks OBK is fine just with the hormones and her body does the rest.

She’s a special case, her body is genetically more aligned with a woman’s, so hormones are enough to trigger the changes. For other trans people, it’s harder; hormones might not work as well if their body resists the changes. Surgery is usually just cosmetic, enhancing or removing certain traits.

As for genital surgery, that’s a completely different matter, and I can’t or try speak on it. I don’t know your situation, but if your body resists hormones, changes may take years to appear. Surgery offers faster, external changes but remains cosmetic (excluding genital procedures that i don't undertand if that make change in hormones)
