That's true, but in some way i blame Kai who in my opinion is completely incompetent. Would gladly see them again but with someone like Jonte this time.

I’ve been an on again off again member since the late ’90s and early 2000s, back when Michael Keene was still running NetVideoGirls himself.
I was there in the days when they still kept up the whole facade of it being a pure pickup/seduction site. Felt like actual game, not just another casting couch operation. (I even moonlighted at a PUA school in LA around then, so that angle hit different for me.)
Here’s my idea for an overhaul: Don’t renew Kai’s contract. Move Tyler over to a management/admin role or stick him on interviews—he comes from a culture that’s good with money if you catch my drift. So he can handle the accounting and that side of things just fine.
And the older guy who runs the place (I think his name’s also Mike) needs to hire a full-time site manager. Think about it. The guy at Backroom Casting Couch—Rick, the one who got in trouble for giving models herpes—actually played it smart. He saw his time in the spotlight was done, so he brought in Tyler Nixon and Rocky to run Exploited College Girls and BBC Surprise, and Cam to handle Backroom Casting Couch. Cam is the ginger guy with freckles btw. He does terrible interviews, but they never fail to miss a weekly update!
Yeah, that crew comes off like a bunch of sleazy toolbags, but they’re outperforming NVG and CCHD for the simple reason that they’re reliable and professional. Consistent update schedule, they deliver for the viewers, and they keep bringing in fresh faces instead of recycling washed-up pornstars. Side note: I find it funny that Netvideogirls and CCHD seem to get a lot of the older hags who were shooting for Vixen in LA in their heyday, but are now priced out of the LA housing market and in South Florida shooting for second tier studios. ooof!
Mike (or whatever his name is) needs to hire a full-time manager the same way. Tyler’s clearly not the guy for the main performance and day to day front facing role. He’s too busy chasing his own brand (MrLuckyPOV), and the whole vibe of that guy is kind of strange to begin with—Illuminati tattoos, NYC background, that certain lubricious quality… he just comes off as shifty.
They need someone solid, like a Peter Fitzwell type.But this Mike guy seems pretty picky with his crew, so his best move might be to semi-retire and hand the whole operation over completely.
Or just get back in the hot seat full-throttle. This half-in, half-out thing is totally bogus and clearly isn’t working.
 
Idrk if there is a logic to how they operate.
Over the years I’ve just seen these random flurries of activity followed by long stretches of nothing, kind of like birdsong, shows up out of nowhere then disappears. Early 2010s were their best stretch, updates coming pretty regularly back then. Now? Not so much. Industry changes have only made the whole thing more pronounced.
 
One thing I’ll give Mike: he fired that bastard Kaby early and expelled him from the NVG studios.
Mike saw the writing on the wall before the rest of the industry did.
That guy (Kaby) is a complete waste of space.

That big oaf might even be worse than Isiah Maxwell at this point. It's infuriating watching the big studios keep trotting that clown out like he’s some kind of asset.

But here we go again with the Isiah Maxwell effect. The girls feel "safer" with some soft, effeminate gay guy on set. Fine.
Except this isn’t about what makes the talent feel cozy.
It’s about what the paying customers actually want, and what the market eventually forces. Enough of this soft BS. Bring back some actual masculine dudes who can still pound the hell out of these chicks like it’s their job.
