The thing that really pisses me off is that Emily's actually not a great casting.

im no expert of the porn industry but im under the impression that there are barely as many amateurs as there used to be. nowadays you can earn a living while not doing any hardcore porn. some "models" dont even expose their whole body and earn a shit ton of cash. everything is on instagram, tiktok and onlyfans and the industry is suffering. but thats just my impression 🤷‍♂️. maybe mike just became of fat fuck and that it 🤔
 
You're 100% right.
There's a horrible scarcity of amateurs and newcomers. This is partially a result of the fact that the agencies have lost power due to their exorbitant rates (they are middlemen) and a series of scandals that have rocked that space in the industry.
Also, as you mentioned any chick can make an onlyfans and make tons of money without doing BBC sessions, anal sex, etc. It's just branding, virality, and getting the right agency to run things.
Just look at all the dumb broads Clavicular dates. They are Tiktok/onlyfans millionaires for just showing some ass and titties on OF, and occasional pussy pics. They don't even fuck dudes in many cases. And most women will just do that if they can (or some lower level version of that) rather than going straight to Netvideogirls or ExcoGi.
So yeah, the well has dried up. That's why I am personally hoping that something in the industry shifts...

I know Kai is contracted exclusively to NVG. I guess Mike threw $50k at him and told him to do 40 some odd scenes a year... So in a sense he is the cheaper option because he can literally be used at any time for a scene. On the other hand, Mike has to pay Jonté's going booking fee.
I wonder if Jonté's rate is very high now due to his Blacked notoriety, and so Mike is just cheap and doesn't want to pay him altogether very often. I bet Jonté's running charging to $1k per scene at this point.
 
One thing that needs to happen stat.
They gotta bring back the "perv cam" or "bathroom spy cam."
It's almost as good as the walkaway cam. If you're gonna get vids of the girl walking away, you might as well string up a camera in the bathroom too and give the subscribers a view of the post-scene routine for the chick. That was AMAZING back in the day.
