She probably does not want her simps to know she's taken.
Making simps believe they actually have a chance can be a huge part of a content creators earning strategy

What y’all are implying is that her Patreon simps aren’t subscribed to her IG to know that she’s taken.

If she’s on cam and her husband shows up in the background, he needs be ID’ed. Same if you go on cam with anyone else not signed up to that site.
