What could be the reason that this content creator doesn't have videos in high quality? Almost all of them are at most 200 MB in size, and the vast majority of creators have their videos in 4K.

And when its uploaded to OF the quality gets downgraded I think its because of drm..she records in 1080p(im assuming since she uses her phone) and when it's uploaded its downgraded to 720p.
