I mean I'm biased as hell and would love it to be a picture of Mira Pink, as she was one of the first VTubers to do porn lol.

But because it's a fairly agnostic subforum - there are creators who don't do porn in there - you might want to make it the VTube Studio logo (the software [most] VTubers use). Which is also kinda elegant imo.

I think most people wouldn't recognize the vtube studio logo, although that may be the only symbol that encompasses all vtubers without singling out a specific group/person. I'm partial to a picture of a vtuber. Thoughts on any of these?



 
Bet, idk if I'm able to change the category tags myself but I've checked before and I didnt see an option. if that's what u mean anyways. (Unless I'm retar- dumb) [vtuber, twitch] should be fine on all these although I know a couple already have 3 categories so feel free to remove one of your choosing so long as the 2 aforementioned tags are included. also if possible I'd like the [request] category removed from the juniper thread as my original request (the reason I added the tag) was taken care of and it's now being used as a normal content thread. I'm partial to Mel for a similar reason as Dicks for Mira. Mel is like the og lewdtuber and I feel like learning about Mel was a lot of peoples first introduction to vtubing as a thing. In the west anyways
 
Had a quick sweep of my own threads and these need to be moved into the VTuber category -
I imagine VTuber threads still in Request or in Premium are fine to stay in there? Requests until they've 'graduated' to real content threads at least. There are some straggler VTuber threads that were created (possibly erroneously) in 3D/Animated that might need to be moved too.

A bigger question is what do we do with the Trans/Femboy/Futanari etc VTuber threads? They're scattered between several subforums currently.
I'm of the opinion we just throw them all into the one subforum with the other VTuber threads and properly tag/prefix them to prevent confusion, but I'd wager such an 'egalitarian' approach might not be popular. So I open the floor to ideas.

It's truly depressing to think the average VTuber Fan™ knows so little about the hobby they obsess over that they wouldn't recognize the VTube Studio logo, or indeed Kizuna AI's ribbon on which it's based (she's in Fortnite for fuck's sake lol)

The problem with making it an actual VTuber is it needs to be readable and identifiable when shrunk down to a tiny icon, which those images might not be. Also, there'd likely be petty "why is it [x] and not my waifu" sperging, lets be real lol.
If we had to pick one of those, I suppose I'd vote for Ally. She did win the award for Lewdtuber of the Year on here twice in a row (y)
 
Seconding the notion that all Trans/Femboy/Futanari vtubers be put together in this category with proper tagging.
 
Moving trans/futa/femboy content isn't as easy as just moving them.
We hide trans from multiple places for several reasons, one of them because of our use of .su domains, russian services (ddos guard) and Russia being transphobic, that's why the trans category doesn't show at all if you are logged out. Once logged in we can show them.
Another reason being people don't like to see trans in places like what's new.
Trans has to stay in trans.

I can add the vtuber prefix to the trans category.
 
I noticed that some Vtubers got moved away from the ASMR category to this new category and got their ASMR label removed. Is that necessary, since older content threads still have the ASMR prefix. Some of them don't really do anything else, and it's not easy to find them again.
 
That was a mistake, I forgot to click save on adding the ASMR prefix as an option in the vtubers category before moving all those threads so they all lost it :hahaa:
I did try to add it back where it was obvious, feel free to either link them here and ask for the ASMR prefix to be added or report the first post and ask.
