If your submission key is identical to your BC token, it may simply be that the system uses the same value for both, or there could be an issue on the platform's side. Since you've already tried different browsers and used both VPN and no VPN, it doesn't seem to be a browser or network problem. Coomer often gives me trouble, too. So far, the only thing that's helped is waiting.
