It's because, in at least some of the content featuring explicit nudity, she doesn't show her face. I'm not sure how common that is, though. I'm not a big fan, so I haven't bought much of her content, but more or less all of the explicit content I've seen doesn't show her face.
 
Maybe the fact that in her nudes that were posted here her face wasn't shown or the fact that she has said it on her onlyfans. 🤔

Which I can understand in certain cases, but I don't really understand it when it comes to Navi. First of all, she has plenty of content on her OF that shows her face, so anyone subscribed to her OF already knows that any nude photos are of her. Secondly, since her tattoos are clearly visible, she wouldn't be able to deny that it's her even if she wanted to if a nude photo were to leak to sites like Reddit
