My wife sold me that, who didn't serve due to religious exemptions as allowed in their law and there are half a dozen other exemptions that can be made to avoid the draft that her friends that I personally know used. It's literally in their publically available law documents.

Its all cover, if you get out of the draft you'll have to be physcally unable to serve due to health issues or have a mental issue record for life.
