Does not seem edited to me - rather could be a major photographer's fault.
On the other hand, this set is pretty old (over 2 years). During that time someone (either Narga, or her subs) definitely should have noticed the slip. So it seems strange that the photos in question have surfaced just now.
 
Yeah, I don't have the full set to confirm this, but the pictures themselves seem legit. Possibly could have been the editors fault, since if you don't actually open the picture entirely and zoom in, you can't seen that something is visible there.
In Narga's Patreon the most expensive backer tier costs 136 USD monthly and it is the only tier that provides entire FULL SET 3 with a comment (contains implied nudes), so perhaps the mistake happened regarding that tier pics and it would also explain the rarity, considering that not many can afford to pay such money monthly.
Also regarding the comment of why did it surface now? Her higher tiers offer option to pick any older set as a gift, which means that the Sakura set could have easily been redeemed by the top tier backer even now, while still being shot 3 years ago.
I don't know man... the pics themselves are legit, the meta data agrees. Could someone have gone through such deep lengths to fabricate this? It's possible, but due to the high quality of the pics, it is 100% taken from the real shoot so if someone decided to fake it, they did buy the actual set, which makes the whole thing kinda pointless to fake.
I'm leaning towards editing error and miscommunication between Narga and the photographer regarding on what the tier 3 SET would show and instead of implied, we got an actual nudes.
 
Strange enought: I ran a few free online EXIF viewers, and none of them shows any metadata for the pictures in question (unlike some other of her pictures, which are 100% legit).
So, a double-check is needed.
There was an AI thread for Narga on this board, and I remember some shots (maybe even this one) being "animated" there. But I can not find this thread anymore.

Hey, i have the full Sakura Kasugano set since it’s available to buy for everyone on her patreon.
The pictures i have are definitely different, so that you can’t see anything down there.
So either this was a mistake and only the people that were subbed to her back then have the uncensored pictures and they „fixed“ it with the re-release or someone edited the pictures in this forum.
 
Is there any specific reason that none of her sets get leaked? It has been a long time since we had anything beside her Instagram and public posts.
 
I think the answer is pretty simple: it’s repetitive, she has no intention to reveal more and many of us stopped to pay for it. Many of her colleagues have already moved forward, while she has always stayed at the same point. She’s an excellent cosplayer, but she never shows more than necessary and always sticks to the same poses. The content she posts on her social media is already more than enough. I paid for a subscription to her Patreon months ago, and tbh it’s very boring; I wouldn’t spend the same amount of money (€90 for one month) unless she decided to show something more. Her cosplays are great, but the paid content isn’t very different from what’s on social media. And to be clear, so this doesn’t turn into the fight happened in the past, this is just my opinion.
