Anyone else getting intermittent video stutters throughout this video? Tried it on VLC, SMPlayer and MPC. Examples: Starting @ 24:20-25:11 and @ 39:47-41:14.
 
Looks like original file (6.5 gbs), and the reencode I downloaded both have the same stuttering error, that's odd.
I'm including the original file here, I doubt it was ripped wrong, but I also don't have idea of what happened, maybe it was on tenshi's end?
