Go to insta or anywhere you can find women in some beach or resort, wtv. Upload that image to gemini and tell gemini "translate into a detailed JSON prompt accurately matching the original image without referencing it. With editable elements. do not generate an image".
Go to flow, you can upload a reference if you want. Edit elements that match to your model or something. then just hit enter. If you get "unusual activity" unfortunately you have to clear your browser cookies, it's alright you can delete cookies or history worth 15 minutes ago and not all of it. Go back and retry the prompt. It works wonders, but if the pose you have is too much, like a woman spreading her legs directly at a camera it wont work.

The options mentioned by others already will work easily. I also just created simple reference image from image searches and products pics. Then I just pair that with my model reference and asked Nano Banana to swap outfits. It doesn't work for every model, especially more curvy and sensual ones, so can't go too crazy.

Any scenes in particular? Most of the prompts I have been building up are modular so very easy to alter when I find a better prompt or when something gets blocked

Anyone having any issues suddenly in Google Flow with not being able to upscale and download 2K images? It was working fine and then suddenly, bam, only lets me download 1K. But if I go back to older images I've generated, it lets me download at 2K. Just nothing new past a certain point this morning.
