Nothing is delusional. Also accidental? Yeah sure buddy unless it was a livestream I doubt it's accidental lol you're delusional if you think her keeping it in the video is accidental. She could've cut it, trimmed it out she didn't she kept it.
 
The original with the slip was deleted and one without was put out within a few hours and in the video she repeats the same line after the slip, she clearly meant to cut that part out
 
After posting it the first time around? Yeah sure. She just gave us a nipslip so she can attract more people then deleted it it's all planned.

The uploading of the wrong file was likely an accident. Her keeping it up was likely just "Eh it's probably whatever" then due to the HUGE amount of attention it got she ultimately took it down. There's also a good chance she just didn't notice that the wrong file was uploaded and corrected her mistake after she noticed
 
And she probably is, most of the time. I am sure there were many more slips in her career that she removed in post. Like my God, why are you treating Nana like a perfect being that never makes mistakes, and everything with her is a masterplan?
