Anyone remember if she still had "goth mommy, good boy" type videos up before the ban? Even if they were played off as jokes, AI isn't going to care regardless and maybe flagged it as potential fetish bait most likely.
 
As per the article (dogshit one btw) Nana linked in her ig story, a youtube representative confirmed the ban was due to external links.
It didn't have to do with their content on yt.
Considering Nana's case specifically, the only good take from the article was about the enforcement of rules outside yt.
Nana heavily obscured fansly links, and clearly put effort into separating it, so it's crazy youtube still decided to ban her.
Her content did vaguely look innuendo-ish sooometimes, bt she wasn't out there blasting her fansly links all over the place at the end of every video.
The real argument at hand is whether or not it makes sense yt enforcing rules this heavily onto creators that maximally separate content to the best of their ability. I don't think Nana should've got banned, but ig this all boils down to platforms acquiescing to banks and payment processors at the end of the day no matter how much you abide by yt rules :PepeWhy:

YT will do whatever the fuck it wants until there are genuine competitors. There are alternatives but no competitors. And it will continue to enshitify itself until there is because truth be told, we, the viewers, dislike this, we know its unfair but we'll keep using it anyway, me included, I'm not any different.
And creators can't not use it because no where else can they have anywhere close to a platform of the size YT has.
There a reason even Linus(TechTips) that owns a alternative platform, Floatplane, and has an established viewer base of millions, even he can't pack up tell YT to suck a dick and leave because it would kill his revenue overnight. To expect smaller creators to do the same is insane.
 
Your channel didn't do anything wrong but we don't like that your use an adult website elsewhere is such a crazy controlling reason to ban creators. It's also assuming that everything's on OF and Fansly falls under sex and nudity when creators like her and its_bunnii only lean into the lewd side of ASMR primarily
 
Yeah, it genuinely feels targeted given how many other ASMR creators of similar, smaller, and larger sizes offer WAAAAAY more explicit content with even less obfuscation. Like, I wonder if someone was having a slow day at work and decided to do a piece on ASMR and Nana was unfortunately one of the ones they found, and relayed that info over.
It's also absolute fuckin bullshit that non-US creators have to bend the knee to US companies & laws.
 
They should clarify the "sex" shit instead of being vague about it.
If their issue is with sexually charged or suggestive content altogether, then just say that. But leave it to yt to poorly define these things.
Nd not to make rigid comparisons, but I wonder how yt treats male fitness channels that have OF pages that ironically enough, probably feature way more nakedness than 99% of lewd female OF creators.

Are the ladies getting talent agencies to mediate between them and youtube? That usually helps with getting unbanned on twitch, not sure about youtube though.
Are they getting their channels back if they admit they made a mistake and promise to be good?

At this point, youtube is going after the brand and not the creator. The creator also just happens to be the brand.
That just sucks, but it makes sense.
There's a reason that there aren't licensed Barbie themed bad dragons. Brand is important.
The YT brand doesn't want to be known as the store front for onlyfans, and YT doesn't want you to advertise your explicit brand on their platform.
Censorship sucks. But maybe nana will show a nipnip now. Who knows

Idk if Nana wants to be known mostly for fansly. She's got the social media leverage, and for sure has the right vibe to be like an emiru type.
A couple collabs and she could easily blow up 3x, and she's totally aware of that. With that said, she isn't a degen snark drama creator, soooo probably would be extremely careful with communities to associate with.
Long term content if no unban could look like: asmr vids on patreon(?), continue with fansly, stream way more, more conventions/irl, look to collab :peepoShrug:
 
Probably a new youtube channel at some point its what's going to happen. With a different enough name from her fansly account so the bots have a harder time cross referencing them.
There are some retreating to Spotify, but I don't know how viable that is.
 
are her yt vids archived anywhere? i can accept there being no new ones, but i lowkey need a couple of the ones she alr had put out
 
She hasn't reuploaded anything to my knowledge but shes said she's trying to figure out how to upload everythingto patreon or spotify at the moment from her editor's archive
 
To my knowledge, her videos display text at the beginning instructing viewers to "check socials below", and that's really it.
But if Youtube is going by the technical legal definition of verbal(ly), then written text in a video qualifies as such. It's possible she misinterpreted that example, and could be working against her.
Regardless tho, the only realistic way these bans get repealed is if some rule is implemented that applies an "X amount of links clicked off platform" threshold before Youtube has the capacity to intervene and/or ban.
It gets vague around this specifically, so ig Nana assumed she was in the clear if only linking the general social media linkme on Youtube. Honest to god, I would've assumed the same thing too just based on what TOS states :PepeWhy:
Wish age requirements on these adult fan sites were better enforced, but idk how tf you'd do that without pissing everyone off.

Oooh she's currently uploading them on Patreon and Spotify, I think she mentioned 5 a day. Also possibly on OF and Fansly too to give people options
